About

Why we are building Pharma Flow

Community pharmacies are the first stop for most health needs in Nigeria. They are also, in many cases, still run on paper, memory and a standalone till.

That works — until it doesn't. Stock goes missing. Expiry dates are noticed too late. The owner has no reliable way of knowing what really happened today. And the customer who needs a refill has no simple way to ask for it.

Pharma Flow is being built in Nigeria, in direct conversation with pharmacy owners and the staff who work the counter every day. Our goal is straightforward: give every community pharmacy the operational clarity that big chains take for granted.

FAQ

Questions pharmacies ask us

Is Pharma Flow just a POS?
No. Sales are one part of it. Pharma Flow also handles inventory by batch, expiry monitoring, staff activity, customer records, orders and delivery — and gives owners reports they can read from anywhere.
What happens when the internet goes down?
A pharmacy cannot stop working because a network dropped. Pharma Flow is being built so that sales and stock movements can still be recorded when connectivity is poor, and sync once the connection returns. We will be upfront about exactly how this behaves during your pilot.
Can I see what my staff are doing when I am not there?
Yes. Every sale, stock adjustment and order is recorded against the staff member who made it. Owners can view activity by person and by shift, alongside a daily summary.
How does expiry tracking work?
When stock is entered with batch numbers and expiry dates, Pharma Flow flags items approaching expiry — at 90, 60 and 30 days — so you can sell them first, return them to the supplier, or pull them off the shelf in time.
Can my customers place orders and get delivery?
Yes. Each pharmacy gets a simple ordering link that customers can use without downloading anything. You decide which orders to accept, who delivers them, and how payment is taken.
Do you support more than one branch?
Yes. Branches sit under one owner account, so you can look at each location on its own or compare them side by side.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is still being finalised with our pilot pharmacies. Waitlist members will see the plans and pilot terms first, and pilot pricing will be held for early pharmacies.
When can I start using it?
Onboarding is happening in phases so that each pharmacy gets proper attention during setup. Join the waitlist and we will contact you with the next available slot.
Is my pharmacy's data safe?
Your data belongs to your pharmacy. Access is role-based, activity is logged, and we do not sell or share your business data.
